After selling the media broking company Matsgard Media, in the year 2000, she has been busy developing ideas for merging Art into Business as a tool for employee branding, within the field of Corporate Responibility (CR). After having worked 25 years with advertising, branding, media and marketing, she is developing tools to make business employees understand their values and capabilities. She also wants to make managements aware of the value embedded in their employees. Today she works as an executive- and lifecoach, as well as beeing the marketing, PR director for Bouquet© the Wine Game.
