Katarina G. Bonde is Managing Director at Kubi, specializing in technology investments and international board and management consulting focused on US and Scandinavian companies.
Past positions: Ms. Bonde was most recently CEO of UniSite Software Inc. in Bellevue, WA and before that she was with Captura Software Inc, as Executive VP Worldwide and Managing Director of Captura International, Ltd.
Other previous positions include: Director, Market Development, for Dun & Bradstreet Software Inc, Atlanta GA; Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Timeline Software Inc.,Bellevue WA, during the company’s NASDAQ IPO; CEO of Programator Industri AB in Sweden, and sales and marketing positions with Digital Equipment AB, Sweden.
Current board positions include Chairman of the Board of Netreflector Inc. and Director of the Board at ExpensePath Inc, both Washington-based software companies, Board Director of Framfab AB (FRAM OMX) a European public IT company, as well as Director of Seattle Opera Board and Director of the Royal Swedish Opera. Ms. Bonde is also active in non-profit organizations and serves as Director of Center for Women and Democracy, Corporate Director of Swedish American Chamber of Commerce and Director of Sigvard and Marianne Bernadottes Konstnärsfond, a Swedish Art Foundation.
Ms. Bonde has been in the wine industry since 1998 as owner of Valhall Winery in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma, California. Valhall Vineyards grows Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay and produces West, a high end Cabernet Sauvignon.
She is actively engaged in Wineentertainment as business advisor for the US market launch.
